Useful Ways to Ground Our Being On Earth In This Energy Acceleration


Dear Buddies,

Since last year, our environmental energies have been accelerated tremendously through various types of natural and planetary phenomenons, do expect more of these phenomenons to occur in future. So, it is essential for us to ground our body, mind and heart on earth while we sail through the changes of our life and of mother earth.

Here are some of the effective ways of grounding our being:

1) Go to the woods:
Hug a tree or stay bare feet on a grass field helps to discharge our unwanted energies and to ground our systems down to earth.

2) Nuts and potatoes:
Consume natural food which consists of nuts or potatoes will give our body a grounding effect.  

3) Exercise:
Yoga and other exercises e.g. walking, hiking, tai chi, qigong, which emphasize on our breathing system will help to stabilize our body with our environment.  

4) Meditate on the floor:
Do your meditation on the floor or sit on a chair with your feet plant on the floor is a kind of grounding exercise.

5) Stay with your heart:
Utilize all the gentle values of our heart i.e. tenderness, love, care, compassion, gratitude, and not the aggressiveness of our mind to keep our par with mother earth.

6) Carry a crystal:
Carry a crystal with grounding property in our pocket or purse i.e. black tourmaline, hematite, boji stone, allow us to soak up in their grounding energy.

7) Work with chakras:
Keep the balance in your root chakra and earth star to establish a strong connection with mother earth.
