  ⚜As a Channel to Higher Beings, I regularly meet and converse with #Gods , #Goddesses , #Angels , #Fairies , and many others. Yesterday morning, a fairy named "Spark" visited me, carrying the sparks of hope and joy. During this #MercuryRetrograde period, Spark advises us to refresh our hope in various aspects of life. Ensuring we do not harm ourselves, She encourages us to take bold risks . She urges us to be adventurous, try new things, learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and expand our networks. "I  was introduced to Tristen through a friend who knew him professionally. Even though Tristen offers different therapies, I specifically went to see him for crystal channeling and therapy. I had a two hour session with him, we started by just me talking about my issues, then he sat me comfortably on a chair and concentrated the crystal energies on me. He helped me through some meditation and visualisation techniques. Most of this work was for grounding and cleansing. After this, I was asked to lay on the couch where he used different crystal energies to ‘heal’ me. What I really liked was the post therapy debriefing, Tristen told me what he ‘saw’ and what his guides told him. “I went to Tristen’s  C rystal Meditation yesterday at   Lightworks Holistic Centre . This meditation used Sodalite crystal to work with throat chakra to improve our communication skill and to open up ourselves so that we can be honest to our own self. At the beginning of the meditation, I felt very tight and heavy on my throat chakra. According to Tristen, this is due to the fact that I have suppressed lots of my truly feelings/speech inside myself all these years. Then, Tristen guided us to work with the Sodalite crystal to see the incidents which made us suppressed our feelings and to release them all out.
