Work With The Solar Flares for Our Purging Process

Dear Buddies,

On May 21, 2012, we had a very powerful Annular Solar Eclipse happened in our planetary system. On the night of May 20, 2012, approximately 12 hours before the peak of the Solar Eclipse, we had a wonderful group meditation together with 11 beautiful souls in Lightworks Holistic Centre, Kuala Lumpur.

At first, I did not understand why the Ascended Masters planned out this meditation as a night meditation as I thought that we have to do this type of meditation during daytime and probably on the exact time of the Solar Eclipse. The truth is, according to the Ambassador of Sirius, that the energies and frequencies of any natural or planetary phenomenon will be heightened up days before especially 12 hours before the actual event, so practically we can tune into its energies before it happens. Innocent me!

So, during the meditation, God Ra as the Sun God (or God Apollo if you feel comfortable working with) shared with us the way to use the energies and frequencies of the current Solar Flares to help us in our purging process and further we can extend this purging to our soul group. As these solar energies and frequencies are available now until may be 2013, we can always tap into them by going through the following steps as follows:

1. Find a cozy space, any free time in the day or night.
2. Sit comfortably on the floor or on a chair with your feet place on the floor to go into your meditation.
3. Focus on your breaths and calm down your body, mind and heart.
4. Bring your attention to your heart chakra and invite God Ra to your space.
5. Ask God Ra to seal up your aura with a golden protective bubble.
6. Activate your heart chakra, connect it to our sun in our solar system and the Central Sun in our Milky Way.
7. Use your heart chakra to address all bodies of consciousness including your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, chakra system, subconscious mind, soul, higher self and divine self.
8. Request God Ra to bring in the energies and frequencies of Solar Flares and direct them to all the areas in no. 7. to ease or speed up the purging process. You may also direct them to the issue that you acknowledge for clearing in your life or seeded in any body. They are also effective in purging any virus, bacteria, fungus, pathogen which does not serve your highest good.
9. Just focus on your breathing and inhale out all the unwanted energies from all those areas. Proceed until the purging stops.
10. Ask God Ra to transmute all unwanted energies into Love.
11. Thank God Ra and yourself with a deep sense of gratitude.
12. Deactivate your heart chakra and request God Ra to dissolve the golden protective bubble.
